I went to San Marcos with the Plein Air Austin group. Robert set up this paint out on the Blanco River. It was one of our first excursions just as spring was beginning to burst into bloom. We were so excited to see the river so full. Last year the drought took this one down to the point that there was no running water. I had to paint the waterfall in celebration of all the moving water.
